Bryan has proudly served the Lake Norman community for more than 20 years as a trusted general contractor. After years of clients asking for reliable HVAC services, Bryan saw an opportunity to expand those trusted values into a new venture.

Brooke brings a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic to Comfort Zone. With experience in both property management and maintenance management, she understands the importance of fast communication, dependable service, and keeping homes and businesses running smoothly. Her passion for customer service and dedication to excellence make her an integral part of the company.
